Use this form to request the cancellation of your reservation.
Notes importantes :
- Using this form, you can request the complete cancellation of an order. If your order contains bookings for more than one crossing or vehicle and you wish to make a partial cancellation, contact our team by phone: 1 (418) 851-4676.
- To receive a refund of the deposit paid at the time of order, your cancellation request must be made more than 24 hours in advance (at the scheduled time of the crossing).
- Refunds never include transaction fees of about 3% of the amount paid. Unless we cancel a crossing ourselves due to bad weather or equipment breakdown.
